Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • Melted chocolate
  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts

Instructions:

Slice banana into rounds.

Dip half in melted chocolate.

Add toppings.

Chill 15 mins.

  • Popcorn
  • Melted butter
  • Salt

  • Pizza sauce or tomato sauce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Ham / pepperoni / veggies

Instructions:

Spread sauce on bread.

Add cheese and toppings.

Grill or air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes until melted.

Slice and eat hot.

Mini Hotdog Rolls

Ingredients:

  • Cocktail frankfurts
  • Bread or mini rolls
  • Sauce

Instructions:

Heat frankfurts in microwave or pan.

Place into bread.

Add sauce.

Done in minutes.

Bacon & Cheese Scrolls

Ingredients:

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 3 rashers bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce or tomato sauce

Instructions:

Bake or air fry at 180°C for 12–15 mins until golden.

Spread sauce over pastry.

Add bacon and cheese evenly.

Roll tightly into log.

Slice rounds.

Corn Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 cup corn kernels (drained canned or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Pinch salt

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix flour, corn, cheese, salt.

Add egg, milk, butter and stir gently.

Spoon into greased muffin tray.

Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.

Great warm or cold for school snacks

Fairy Bread Roll Ups

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Butter
  • Hundreds & thousands

Instructions:

Flatten bread slightly.

Butter one side.

Sprinkle toppings.

Roll up tight.

Kid and adult approved

Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf bread or bread rolls
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions:

Cut bread into cubes without slicing right through.

Mix butter + garlic and drizzle through cuts.

Stuff cheese into gaps.

Bake or air fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Pull apart and demolish.

Honey Joys

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cornflakes or rice bubbles
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • Pinch cinnamon (optional)

Instructions:

Melt honey, butter and sugar in saucepan.

Pour over cereal and mix well.

Spoon clusters onto baking paper tray.

Refrigerate 30 minutes until set.

Choc Oat Slice Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup choc chips
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions:

Warm peanut butter, honey and butter together.

Stir through oats and choc chips.

Press into lined container or tray.

Chill 1 hour.

Slice into bars.

Banana Bread Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup choc chips or walnuts (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mash bananas.

Add egg, milk, butter and sugar. Mix well.

Stir in flour (and cinnamon if using).

Fold through choc chips or walnuts if wanted.

Spoon mixture into greased muffin tray.

Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Cool slightly and serve warm.
