Crispy Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings
  • Salt, pepper
  • Garlic powder, paprika
  • Optional: buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce

Instructions:

Toss in sauce if desired.

Pat wings dry (this is key for crispiness).

Toss with seasoning.

Air fry at 190°C for 25 minutes, shaking halfway.

Increase to 205°C for 5 minutes for extra crisp.

Homemade French Fries

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (Russet work best)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions:

Air fry at 190°C for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway

Cut into thin fries and soak in water for 30 minutes.

Dry thoroughly and toss with oil + salt.

Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Broccoli, carrots, zucchini, or bell peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, garlic

Instructions:

Air fry at 190°C for 10–15 minutes.

Chop evenly.

Toss with oil and seasoning.

Garlic Steak Bites & Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 400g steak (rump, sirloin, etc.), cut into bite-size cubes
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Instructions:

Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp oil, salt, pepper.

Air fry potatoes at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Toss steak cubes with remaining oil, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper.

Add steak to basket with potatoes.

Cook another 7–9 minutes, shaking halfway.

Add butter at the end for extra flavour.

Crispy Salmon Fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions:

Rub salmon with oil and seasonings.

Place skin-side down in basket.

Air fry at 200°C for 8–10 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges

    Air Fryer Taco Bowls

    Ingredients:

    • 500g beef mince
    • 1 packet taco seasoning
    • 1/4 cup water
    • Cooked rice
    • Lettuce
    • Cheese
    • Salsa
    • Sour cream (optional)

    Instructions:

    Place mince in air fryer-safe tray/pan.

    Cook at 200°C for 5 minutes.

    Break mince apart, add taco seasoning + water.

    Cook another 5–7 minutes, stirring halfway.

    Serve over rice with toppings.

    Juicy Burgers

    Ingredients:

    • 500g beef mince
    • Salt & pepper
    • 4 burger buns
    • Cheese slices
    • Lettuce, tomato, onion
    • Sauce of choice

    Instructions:

    1. Form mince into 4 patties. Season both sides.
    2. Air fry at 190°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
    3. Add cheese in last minute.
    4. Toast buns if desired.
    5. Assemble burgers with salad and sauce.

    Mini Air Fryer Pizzas

    Ingredients:

    • 2 pita breads or flatbreads
    • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
    • 1 cup shredded cheese
    • Ham, salami, mushrooms, onion etc.

    Instructions:

    1. Spread sauce on pita breads.
    2. Add cheese and toppings.
    3. Air fry at 180°C for 6–8 minutes until cheese melts.
    4. Slice and serve.

    Garlic Prawn Rice Bowl

    Ingredients:

    • 400g peeled prawns
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • Salt & pepper
    • Cooked rice
    • Spring onion (optional)

    Instructions:

    Toss prawns with oil, garlic, salt, pepper.

    Air fry at 200°C for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway.

    Serve over rice.

    Top with spring onion.

    Chicken Parma

    Ingredients:

    • 2 chicken breasts, halved thinly
    • 1 cup breadcrumbs
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • Salt & pepper
    • 1/2 cup napoli sauce
    • 1 cup shredded mozzarella/cheese
    • Ham slices (optional)

    Instructions:

    Flatten chicken slightly.

    Coat in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

    Spray with oil.

    Air fry at 200°C for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

    Top with ham, sauce, cheese.

    Cook another 3–5 minutes until melted.

    Serve with chips & salad

    Lamb Chops and Veg

    Ingredients:

    • 4 lamb chops
    • Olive oil
    • Salt, pepper, rosemary
    • Frozen veg or roast veg

    Instructions:

    Rub chops with oil + seasoning.

    Air fry at 200°C for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.

    Cook veg separately for 10 min.

    Serve with mint sauce if keen.

    Sticky BBQ Pork Ribs

    Ingredients:

    • Pork ribs (pre-cooked easiest)
    • BBQ sauce

    Instructions:

    Coat ribs in BBQ sauce.

    Air fry at 190°C for 12–15 min, turning once.

    Brush more sauce at end.
